About the Role:
Compalgo Labs is urgently looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineering Trainer or Industry Expert to conduct practical-based sessions for students.
The trainer will provide hands-on learning in:
- Soil Testing
- Concrete Strength Testing
- Building Material Testing
- Surveying & Structural Basics
- Practical Site Work Demonstrations
Eligibility Criteria:
- 🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum 5+ years of experience)
- OR M.Tech / Ph.D. in Civil Engineering
- 👷♂️ Retired professionals with strong practical experience are also welcome
💼 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (for 1 month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging practical sessions and workshops.
- Share real-world knowledge and field insights.
- Mentor students to develop strong applied civil skills.
📅 Joining: Immediate within 2 days
